Very unprofessional and slow. I pulled my rx and went elsewhere.
DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. You are better off taking money out of your wallet and burning it. Bill tells you what you want to hear, charges outrages ($400) prices for cheap inserts. My physical therapist pointed out what terrible quality my inserts are. Bill will not take them back or correct the problems.Save yourself some money & go somewhere with a guarantee!
Do not come here!! Bill talk's a good talk but does nothing! Im a ak amp he had my Script from my Dr for 2 week never order a thing. I made my 1st appointment came in talked about what he was gonna do, make new socket and get a new leg sounded great. Took my measurements got the number off my old liner(he said he wood have a liner for me next visit). Bill Rodgers was informative and caring!
I have had 5 surgeries on my knee and countless different knee braces from a million different offices. After 12 years of dealing with pain, failed braces and surgeries, I can finally say that someone took the time to get to know my specific issues and custom fit a brace for me. Bill Rodgers and George Thompson are absolutely amazing and truly care about their patients! I highly recommend this office and these gentlemen!
