Evergreen really helped me find a nice place
After having to look for a place, 23 years later, it was extremely hard. I have a special needs son. Old house is the only house he know. Evergreen property management has made our move to accommodate my son. That was the most important thing.
From the start, everyone was super helpful and easy to work with. They really stuck with us through the whole process and helped smooth out any hiccups along the way. Moving in was simple and organized, and anytime we’ve had a question since, they’ve been easy to reach and quick to follow up. We’ve had a great experience overall and are so happy in our new home! Rolan has been awesome—definitely recommend getting in touch with him!
I am renting a lower level of a house. I asked the managers multiple times to please tell the people upstairs that they are being too loud at night. Their TV is on loud at night, and they are talking loud and they are stomping very loud, when we are trying to sleep. And we have jobs and lives. There should be a quiet hours, in the lease agreement. The managers haven’t done anything about the loud people upstairs. After I asked multiple times for managers help. Manager said there is nothing they could do.
Evergreen property management has been easy to work with during our rental period. They respond quickly to any inquiries and maintenance requests which is highly appreciated. They obviously care about their properties. Thank you!
