Evergreen is a great company to work with they arrive promptly when you make a maintenance request. They also give instructions plainly and are willing to work with their tenants.
I want to give a shoutout to the maintenance manager, Ted! I was not expecting to have my maintenance requests reviewed, accepted, and completed as fast as they were! I’ve always struggled with past management completing requests rather slowly, so this has been a pleasant surprise and experience. Nesli has been very helpful, communicative and easy to work with during our inspection process. Quick to respond to emails and answering some specific questions we've had. We had a hiccup with our initial scheduling and she was able to help resolve our issues.
