Worthless, felt like I was being passed around the whole time. From Katie, to Matt, to Cassidy. No one in this place is in sync. Explained current situation more than once to ,what felt like the whole co.because they don't care to listen . Never , I will never recommend this place to NO ONE. BULLSHIT
10 percent increase in the rent hidden in the lease. Read your new lease. No response to maintenance request. Great at mowing the lawn!
First off, I loved the apartment I rented from Evergreen, the location was perfect for school and I really felt like they cared about us as tenants because we always worked around their random inspections and paid rent early every month. I just received $300 back from our $1300 security deposit and was enraged at the breakdown of what they charged.
