I took a client to view these apartments on 3/25 and was absolutely DISGUSTED. The outside seems to be somewhat well maintained for the age of the buildings but the inside of all three available units were terrible. The owner of the building obviously does not care about this property and will not repair or replace anything. The floor was uneven in one unit, and the carpets were badly stained in another.
