We lived here for nearly eight years and saw a significant improvement when management changed and the previous maintenance staff retired. Under the new leadership led by Steve and Jeremy, repairs became much more reliable and professional. While the office remained closed to the public following COVID-19, Steve was always responsive and easy to reach via email. However, the property is showing its age. This complex is rundown, disturbingly disgusting, and most importantly, unsafe. As of the time I am making this post, one of the two buildings comprising the complex is condemned due to a fire that killed a resident of the building. I hope this alone would be enough to deter anyone from considering living here. If it is not, then allow me to inform you about the current grounds keeper, who I believe is named Jeremy.
