We lived here for nearly eight years and saw a significant improvement when management changed and the previous maintenance staff retired. Under the new leadership led by Steve and Jeremy, repairs became much more reliable and professional. This complex is rundown, disturbingly disgusting, and most importantly, unsafe. As of the time I am making this post, one of the two buildings comprising the complex is condemned due to a fire that killed a resident of the building. I hope this alone would be enough to deter anyone from considering living here. If it is not, then allow me to inform you about the current grounds keeper, who I believe is named Jeremy. This place give you peace of mind when it comes to low cost for rent, but vandalism happens all the time, someone scratched my sister car visiting Oregon Plaques, and someone pulling in dropping someone and pulling out fast scratched my car, the cameras do not work according to management, we couldn’t even claim to the insurance, I heard this happened before to a fellow friend living here before.
