I will be 72 years old in a few weeks. I have been going to one or two reformer classes per week at Evergreen Pilates for most of the last 9 years. I feel much stronger and certainly more flexible than I did 9 years ago. I give them much of the credit for allowing me to enjoy my retirement and to remain as active as I am by skiing, biking and hiking. Pilates, and Evergreen Pilates in particular is a great way to stay in shape, regardless of one's age.
I have been taking classes at Evergreen Pilates for the past nine years. Laurie, Jodie and the rest of the staff do a great and are helpful and positive. I appreciate all they have done to help me improve my fitness and flexibility. Without Evergreen Pilates, I would not be as active as I am today at 70 years of age.
