ADVICE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The lies start with the salespeople they hire to solicit door-to-door. No matter how dissatisfied you are with this company, their customer service reps stick to their script that you signed a contract for a year, you can pay a cancellation fee and if you don't fulfil the contract they will submit your account to collections. We were so lucky to find Andra at Evergreen. He has taken very good care of us and we are pest-free to prove it. Bugs don’t dare to come to our house, thanks to Andra’s good care.
I'm writing this review for Andre he completed an inspection on my property today in the 23231 area. I very pleased with the way he conducted himself. I was not home, he reached out via phone to let me know he was there and if i wanted the insided of my property inspected today. Needless to say, I did. He made arrangements to come back to complete the inside inspection and will be noting my account to confirm appointment time. I really appericate his efforts.
Mr. John Brown performed initial service at my home. He was very professional, informative, and personable as he explained everything that he was doing, asked questions, and did a thorough inspection and assessment of the home. Treatment was provided inside and outside.
