The doctor and staff did a great job with the Medical Examination forms for Immigration. They were very quick and precise, making the whole process super easy. Everyone was really kind to us as well. Definitely recommend it if you're searching for a USCIS civil surgeon.

If your child has complicated symptoms like allergies, need a school forms, or epipen, I don’t recommend the office. The office can’t handle it properly, arrogant attitude for prescriptions and school forms. As a mom, I don’t need to experience all hassles for basic cares for kids.
