I came to this practice after hearing many positive reviews about how thorough and attentive the doctor is, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was very disappointing. They were extremely unfriendly and spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I am extremely disappointed and upset about our experience at this pediatrician’s office. My child developed a high fever around 4 PM on Wednesday. The following morning, I called the office and brought him in for a same-day visit. He had a significant fever, was feeling very sick, and was actually crying and asking me to take him to the doctor. Dr. Choi is incredibly thorough and attentive with my child, never overlooking even the smallest details. She carefully examines my child's symptoms and provides accurate diagnoses, which has been a huge help, and I always feel completely at ease leaving my child in her care. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great pediatrician.

아이가 남자 의사를 무서워해서 약 2~3년 동안 이 소아과를 다녔습니다. 여의사 선생님은 친절하셨지만, 여러 번의 경험 끝에 결국 다른 소아과로 옮겼습니다. 병원이 비즈니스라는 것은 충분히 이해합니다. 보험, deductible, annual check-up, 서류 비용 등을 확인하는 것도 당연히 필요한 일이라고 생각합니다. 제가 불편했던 것은 그런 부분 자체가 아니라, 환자의 상황을 먼저 들어보고 조금이라도 유연하게 대응하려는 배려가 부족했다는 점입니다. 아이에게 갑자기 무슨 일이 생기거나 아픈 것은 부모가 미리 계획할 수 있는 일이 아닙니다. 그런데 아이가 아파서 급하게 전화했을 때 예약이 차 있다는 이유로 무조건 응급실에 가라고 했고, 상황을 들어보거나 다른 방법을 찾아보려는 유도리 있는 대응은 느끼기 어려웠습니다. 최근 몇 년 만에 다시 연락할 일이 있었습니다. 현재 다니던 소아과 의사가 개인적인문제로 진료를 하지 못하는 상황에서, 학교에 제출해야 하는 기한이 있는 서류 작성에 대해 도움을 요청했습니다. 제출 기한까지 설명했음에... read more
