Nightmare billing. It took the office three months to send me my daughters visit notes. I had to email and call billing several times to request for them to straighten out a billing code. Then I got a call from collections 6 months after I paid my only bill.
I requested a referral for a CBC blood test. Did I get it? Has my doctor examined my children? No. You measured your blood pressure and the value was 148*72. You had no questions.and no need to tell for your concern. With that kind of pressure in the emergency room they wouldn't let you go.
Dr Raees is kind and humble doctor. She listens to all the concerns and address them with patience. Reception and staff are very friendly. I would recommend this clinic for kids.
