The attention is excellent and professional.
Do not waste your time or money at this place! They are not qualify to perform tests and outside of your normal routine check-ups! We called to ask for an exam for our child for insurance and they lined us up with unnecessary appointments after appts just to end with referrals to other places. Was not able to provide any actual testing or results for Autism care. They also provided the wrong information to billing which led to inaccurate bills for the Parents. I cannot say enough good things about this place! We have seen every provider and they have all been wonderful! They all take the time to listen and do thorough examinations. The front desk is very helpful and very attentive! It’s easy to get through to the front desk via phone call and they also make it very easy to text them through WhatsApp for questions or scheduling appointments.
We showed up 8 minutes late to my baby's visit. The front desk told us that the late policy was "5 minutes today." I asked what that means, and they said that usually the late show limit is 10 minutes, but today it's 5 minutes because the doctor's schedule is full. I asked how am I supposed to know her schedule is full, and they said they can't predict it. They said they "have a lot of newborns, and they take a lot of time, so they come first."
