Some of the absolute worst customer service once they get you to sign the lease. They don't care about you once they have a deposit. Office staff turns over more than a dryer. The people they hire to "renovate" couldn't paint their way out of a wet paper bag. I'd say they were half assed but that's too much credit, quarter assed maybe. The maintenance staff is pretty good though. I really look forward to the chat GPT reply to this.
I’ve lived here for 6 months. I’ve lived in several apartment communities in the past. This is by far the most disappointing, mismanaged, and over priced apartment I’ve moved into. I will be moving as soon as possible and strongly recommend against moving here. Crime: Vehicles are broken into on a regular basis here. My car, my room mates car (twice), and one of my guests cars have been broken into. The mailboxes have been broken into 4 times. I do love the maintenance team here!! There are some delays but most issues are taken care of quick and I a hurry!! Thanks Guys!! 😊
This apartment complex is terrible. They lie to your face about your water bill, your trash bill and your deposit when you move out. It's their routine. To keep the deposit. They are a terrible company to deal with.
