I've been here since may, it sucks in many ways but to be honest it is like any other place, maintenance is getting extremely better, parking is a bitch but we were told this before moving in, first come first serve, I like my neighbors, hate that rent is due two days before i get paid so I have to pay a $95 dollar late fee every time, but other then that everything is good and I don't mind living here.
I don't know where all the hate is coming from on these reviews. It's a pretty nice place. Parking is an issue everywhere and you gotta do what you gotta do for that but I have nothing against the office/staff.
NEVER live here! It may sound good but it really isn't. Office is rude after you move in, Stupid rules and just want your money!!!
I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy
Cannot wait until our lease is up. Our apartment has had an ant problem since we moved in. They've sent 'pest control' 3 different times & the issues still persists. Don't you think after the second phone call they'd figure something out? Besides suggesting that I buy my own ant killing supplies, they have done NOTHING. Stay away, stay far away.
