Never got to experience the place because the representative I spoke to was ever so rude. Gave me no information about the facility other than advising me that my financial information would be requested in great detail and meticulously verified. This facility was part of a list of independent apartment complexes provided to me by my Care Wisconsin/Family Care case manager so I already knew about the age and financial requirements. Declined to speak to anyone else given this "first impression."
