Dr. DuRussell & team are always so wonderful! When my daughter started having jaw issues during her braces treatment, they were so helpful in finding answers, & gracious to pause treatment to make sure her jaw was ready for final teeth straightening & alignment, as her jaw condition will allow going forward. And Gina & Laura make us feel cared about & bring a smile everytime I talk with them!
The orthodontist has a calm and reassuring approach that immediately puts patients at ease. Every adjustment is done carefully, and they always check to make sure everything feels right before ending the appointment.
This place is amazing with the most wonderful people who work there. They feel like family at this point and I can’t say that about any other place, not even close. Oh, and my kids’ teeth look AWESOME. We love Evergreen Orthodontics!
I’ve been bringing my son here for braces adjustments for almost a year now, and the staff has stayed consistently friendly every single visit. They’re good at working with nervous kids and never seem annoyed by questions. One afternoon the office was running behind because of an emergency patient, but they updated everyone waiting instead of leaving us confused. His teeth are lining up nicely already, and even his speech sounds clearer now.
