TERRIBLE COMPANY. AVOID. You want to hire people you can trust. These are not those people. We had our tanks pumped by The Septic Group. The pumper (who was great) said there was something wrong with the pump and we needed to get a tech out as it was an emergency. He pumped out that tank too which cost $300 extra. The tech showed up a few days later and it was clear he didn’t want to be there. It was the end of the day. He told us he was leaving the company in a week. Office personnel extremely considerate and kind. Driver, Stephen, was quicker to arrive, earlier than promised which was greatly appreciated. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond! I highly recommend this company! Made a horrible day into a completely wonderful one!

Fantastic and professional service at a fair price.
Sold me a pump for twice the normal price. Couldn't fix the water spill issue yet each time they came out to clean it up they kept charging me for service and trying to sell me a new overpriced float. Poor communication with the receptionist. Discontinued service with them.
