The property appears very old, neglected, and run down. There is trash everywhere and there's only one dumpster which is constantly overflowing. I've notified the office several times after seeing others litter, but the problem continues. I found out the private owners live out of the country. They also own McKellips Manor, so steer clear of that property, too. There seems to be a revolving door of employees, both leasing and maintenance.
It is a good place to live all the people here are nice and the manger is nice as well and if u tell the maintenance guy to come fix it he fixes it right away
I still rent here and the managers here could care less about their job. There’s a new manager every month that are so clueless. My rent is due the 1st of this month, we have to pay it through a portal that hasn’t allowed me to send the payment, and now the late fees is on my account, PLUS the manager doesn’t answer at all to resolve the issue. Then they will expect you to pay all the late fees like it was your fault.
