I used to come here for years just for a quick check up and prescribing medication, but after yesterday's appointment, it left me traumatized and it was so chaotic there. I am extremely disappointed with the level of communication, coordination, and professionalism from this office. A treatment requiring insurance authorization was delayed from the start because paperwork was initially submitted to the wrong insurance company. After the authorization was finally approved, there was little to no follow-through from the office to coordinate with the pharmacy and insurance company, leaving the patient and family to spend countless hours making calls and trying to move the process forward ourselv... read more
