Very rude front desk when I asked for an available schedule over the phone. I was given the impression she didn’t want to check on anything or help me with my inquiries at all, just plain irritated with the “what are you bothering me for?” attitude. Her accent is hard to understand, which is fine for me coz we can always repeat and clarify, but when you don’t understand her the first time, she gets mad about it (again irritated). Clean new building but the elevator seems sketchy...appointments are usually running behind. Crowded waiting rooms. Online booking for my Dr. Doesn't work. Often cant book in an appointment for 1 to 2 months out. My Dr. Is very good though, but all the other items have room for improvement.

Very poorly run clinic. My wife found out she was pregnant. The soonest they could get her in for an appointment was a month out from the date of booking. None of the staff care about anything. When you call it's as if they are just reading off a script. When you get in the clinic it is not clean despite them making you take your shoes off at the door. Wait times are very long and all the staff and doctors act as if your presence is just an annoyance

Front staff are really unprofessional and unfriendly to the patients. It’s my second time disappointing experience over there with front desk people. They should to be trained well. Such a rude attitude they showed.
