Very poorly run clinic. My wife found out she was pregnant. The soonest they could get her in for an appointment was a month out from the date of booking. None of the staff care about anything. When you call it's as if they are just reading off a script. When you get in the clinic it is not clean despite them making you take your shoes off at the door. Wait times are very long and all the staff and doctors act as if your presence is just an annoyance

Front staff are really unprofessional and unfriendly to the patients. It’s my second time disappointing experience over there with front desk people. They should to be trained well. Such a rude attitude they showed.

My Doctor is great however his receptionist is incompetent called and ask her if I could get the doctor to fill my prescription she said I had to go in does she understand this is Saskatchewan I live over an hour away she kept saying come in to the walk in once again I said I live an hour away 3rd time she says I can set up an appointment so I lost my mind after 3 times trying to explain to her that I live over an hour away and cant come into saskatoon just for a prescription refill its absolutely ridiculous that evergreen m... read more

If I could rate this clinic in negatives, I would. They take away the point of an appointment and end up waiting for 2+ hours. I would highly recommend going to another clinic in the city. Dr. Tuwor has to be the most impatient doctor I've dealt with and he always seems to be in a rush and ready to kick you out, which seems like he doesn't care about your health. He takes in so many patients to a point where you don't feel like you're cared for and you're just another number.
