As grateful as I am to have a family doctor, I struggle with the doctor turn over and the bedside manner of staff at this clinic. The phone is often queued to go to voicemail during active business hours and the doctors are so overbooked that you wait hours for booked appointments. We had a very disappointing experience at Evergreen Medical Clinic with Dr. Onyebuchi Aniefuna. It was our first appointment with him, and he failed to introduce himself to us. He was busy with showing his arrogance. During the examination, my blood pressure was high, but he did not seem to acknowledge that. He focused on my pap test instead, and his behaviour towards me, my husband, and our three-year-old son was quite rude and unprofessional. He lacks proper manners when interacting with families. the reception is absolutely brutal they are rude and abrupt. they don’t listen. they don’t understand anything that is going on with in the clinic. there is for sure a language barrier. they booked us with a doctor that doesn’t even do the procedure that was required. the doctors that we have seen are ok but like everywhere, book 15min appointments and then trying to catch up by cutting appointments short and abrupt.
