We are so disappointed. The worst experience we had. Getting appointment is impossible and the receptionist is the worst, she is extremely rude and unprofessional. This is not how you talk to people especially if they are experiencing bad time because they're sick. I hope they take this seriously and remove the receptionist so people can have a good experience and use the clinic easily .
The doctor himself is good. But the worst place because it's always busy and to book an appointment even for serious issues u need to wait weeks. My foot was injured at work and I needed it assessed as soon as possible and they're saying the earliest is next Friday. I don't recommend this place at all, the doctor is never available when you need him and this wasn't the first time. Unfortunate. No empathy or attempt to help you.
