The girls at the desk are fantastic, polite, and very sweet and if you do get the odd bad one, she’s not usually there that long
If it were possible to review with 0 stars, I would. My friend has been suffering from a range of serious medical issues for a very long time now and Dr. Sumbal Aslam has been worse than useless. Actively harming her chances at healing and wellness, shrugging off her condition, hindering her referrals to specialists. I have seen two Dr‘s here both were good. But the the lady actual seen results in my kidney test. That the other Dr didn’t. When I enlightened him on her diagnosis. The last blood test he took another look and said I can see why she had concern. He is a old school Dr that was impeccable but seems he is worn down.the medical systems structure is to make it overly difficult to submit bills..Making what should be a simple ten minute bill submission. With the change in front desk staff, the phones at this clinic are no longer being answered, which is completely unacceptable for a healthcare office. This reflects poor training, weak management, and a lack of basic respect for patients’ time and needs. Answer: I have called around 9:30 , 10:30 am and 11 am on Mondays and Tuesdays. It is at the 152nd street Well health evergreen clinic.
