I called the clinic today and spoke with Harvinder, who was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was simply asking for clarification on how to book a walk-in appointment, as I had been told previously to call if I wanted to book online. Instead of listening, she kept cutting me off mid-sentence and abruptly said there were no walk-in appointments because no doctor was available. Claims to be a walkin. Showed up at 6am for 7 opening. Was told have to register before on line, and no opemings for 24 hours. False advertising or what??
In clinic appointment with Dr Walter. He’s been my doctor for about 20 years. Although the clinics have changed, Dr Walter continues good care of me.
