I've been living here for over a decade n yes 5 6 years ago it's was not the best place to live but once they hired our new manger marla she cleaned this place up got all the riff raft drug attics are all gone it's a very nice place to live
I’m assuming the old and negative posts do not reflect the new management this place is beautiful it’s so family friendly it’s truly a community everyone is so nice and management is super helpful anytime a tenant needs something great maintenance quiet little area but still super close to Walmart , pierce college, Home Depot , schools for kids ,, and lots of other places ask for Marla she helped our family even with credit issues :) thank you 😊
