Not even 1 star you call the management Not responding any request denied any winter work round the area horrible last snow we had they didn't even come to shovel or provide us with salt or even parking are taken by intruders also trash situation worst and worst just pay every month the way it works until something happened down the road.
Tatiana Braz, our property manager from the Dedham office is the best! She is responsive and professional. Her skills and talents are notable and our community is fortunate to have her. Tatiana’s guidance and advice have been invaluable and we are grateful!
Have been a Trustee since 2008, this company is the third that I’ve worked with, and I’m very pleased working with this one. They are far more professional, and effective than the others I’ve dealt with! Now in 2023 things have changed, very poor service, waste $$$$, fails to spend wisely, or supervise expensive projects.
Linda responded to our questions extremely quickly and has been very helpful with all of her communications.
