Our management company, led by Tatiana Braz is the BEST!!.There is not an issue that she does not respond to. I have lived in several condos and I have been on HOA boards. In my experience, this is a wonderful management company. Thank you Tatiana for all you do!!!

Evergreen has be extremely responsive and Tatiana Braz provides excellent service to our condominium association. Her communication and responsiveness to our issues has surpassed our expectations. She works diligently meet our community needs and negotiates well with vendors to provide the best services for the best prices.
I have been on HOA Boards since 1985 and I have never had a property manager as invested in our success as Tatianna Braz. It seems like she is full time for just us sometimes. She cares as if she lives here, even though she doesn’t. Very sharp, very detailed oriented and very easy to work with.
