The building is rampant with addicts. Within first few months there was a fight which includes a gun right outside the front door. Security did not do anything to handle it at all. Quiet moments in your own apartment is difficult to impossible at times due to fights, noisez or neighbors that are high and awake for days at a time and aren't worried about anyone else.
