Bait and switch with the rates - they don't disclose that they charge a $40+ "resort fee" for wifi and parking, they will charge you $50+ for pets (despite advertising as "pet friendly"), and they will give you attitude when you call to question being charged $250 for what is advertised as a $140 room. The room was dirty, had a plugged drain, and the AC didn't work. We are pretty low maintenance travelers, but this place was really bad. Staff is condescending and rude. Stay anywhere else!
We enjoyed our stay at the Evergreen Lodge at Vail due to the friendly and accommodating services during our stay. Although summers can be a bit warm, even in the mountains, the Evergreen Lodge was able to make our stay a success and we really enjoyed the pool as well as access to all of the restaurants and shopping! Great place to take the family!
I was really disappointed with my stay at Evergreen Lodge at Vail. I paid about $300 after the pet fee, and the experience simply didn't match the price. Because I was traveling with my dog, I was placed in the pet-friendly hallway. Unfortunately, the dogs in the room next to mine barked continuously for over an hour.
