This place sucks. For $500 a night. It's a hold hotel. With zero staff training. I was allowed to check in by guessing the name the reservation was under. I guessed wrong 3 times. I was not on the room but was still given keys to both rooms on the reservation! Gaberial the front desk manger Tried to tell me it was my fault for asking the wrong name. If you care about safety and privacy. This is not the place for you. Gabriel the front desk assistant believes anyone can have access to anyone's room. It wasn't until I brought my kids safety and we'll being into the conversation did he even start to apologize. Booo this place and Gabriel
