This is the worst rental company in the world. They don't. fix nothing have been in my home since August of last year and it has been straight HELL ever since. I have placed several work orders for them to send people who are not licensed to put a bandaid on the problems but not fixed them. I have been to the hospital several times and they still have not corrected the problem they simple do not care.
