The worst place ever! Danielle the service manager is horrible and nasty. The manager and his mom who is the owner could care Iess about customer satisfaction. I brought my Lincoln Corsair in to get new tires put on. My husband was behind me when I dropped the car off, I left the car overnight. My husband dropped me off to pick the car up. Avoid this dealership. Pricing is not transparent, condescending upper management staff for a savvy consumer. IIn my recent experience had a salesperson that couldn't even reply to my online request and answer basic questions referred to another member of staff I assume higher up who was rude, condescending and someone who I would never want to deal with. From the moment we walked in to Fair Oaks Lincoln, the staff was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. We drove from the northern suburbs to this dealership as they came highly recommended. This is the worst dealership - we have bought 2 Lincoln’s from this dealership and never again. A bunch of false promises - anything for the sell. Beware of the promises and the maintenance packages as they do not honor them or want to half ass everything. I would recommend buying a Volkswagen before buying a Lincoln from these snake oil salesmen.

Used the mobile service again, this time for my Ecosport; My dealership provided the same great service they always give me. The service representative who completed, my at home service, was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who demands only the best!

After being a customer for over 4 years and having done service prior to their corporate facelift.I was finally in a position where I needed some real mechanical work done on my Lincoln MKZ. They were unbelievably over priced! There houring rate was ridiculous. I took the car from them to a local mechanic, who did all the work required and saved me $3500. Never going back to Gervais
