Drove over our driveway unnecessarily causing deep grooves in our lawn. Then seemed to put on full toxic smelling concentrate. I called to complain and the owner called me back. Instead of apologizing, the owner made it be our fault and accused my husband or myself or calling the office manager and cursing at her. I called the manager and I didn't curse or even raise my voice. This is an unprofessional company that doesn't have a clue about customer service. Hire someone else.
I called you get someone out to give us a quote for the areas we wanted treated on our 2 acres and was told that it cost him $150 to send someone out so he wanted to quote it through a satellite image. Not sure how a 20 min drive and an hour overall of someone's time would cost $150 but I found it to be very poor and lazy customer service.
