Clean and well keep
Nice location, very professional management office, very helpful when contacted. Above average size units, newer construction, some units come with breath taking lake view. Evergreen lakes community located across from monarch high School and walking distance from promenade at Coconut Creek, shopping, restaurants and movie theater. Also near sawgrass expressway and Florida turnpike for an easy commute.
It's completely out of control, bandits are circulating every day, they knock on the door and I don't see the police, much less the office, doing anything.
