Drove by my child's school bus while the stop arm was out and my child was in the street. Can't trust them to drive properly and not put children in danger how can you expect them to do anything else properly. Their explanation when I called was that they were "confused and didn't know they had to stop"....for a school bus....with children literally in the road....

If i could give this company a zero stars I would, scheduled an apt from 9-12 no one showed up, no one called, i called at 11:57 was told they will call me back in few to let me know, an hour pass no call no one showed up, called them again 1:14pm.
