This was my first time eating at this Indian restaurant and the food is delicious. The service was excellent and I was surprised at the portions. Highly recommend.
I usually love evergreen. Usually the best buffet in Eugene by far. However, today 11/30/2017 the buffets food was absolutely terrible. My brother and I are simple people who don't complain about food quality too much, especially at buffets but wow, that orange curry chicken was bad. Usually the chicken here is awesome and worth the bill itself. But, this time it was dry, hard, and gave out a terrible taste. We barely ate and I got a stomach ache. Terrible service. Most food is tasty, but comes from canned sauces, and less complex/delicate than Taste of India.
The smell is hypnotizing from the back in the parking lot.
It was our first visit to Eugene, and we didn't want fast food. We were very happy with the offerings at Evergreen, and with the prices.
