Evergreen is incredible! This restaurant is incredible! If you are looking for authentic, Indian cuisine with a culinary flare, this is the place to go. Take-out or dine-in. Fast service with consistently delicious food!

Good food I had never tried Indian food before going to Evergreen Indian Restaurant. The restaurant is small and in downtown. The food was really good and the service was good. Parking some times is a problem downtown.
Okay This is one of the few restaurants in Corvallis that one can get authentic Indian food. But I found the food to be excessive and to much for my personal tastes.
Best Indian food in Corvallis – This place always has a seat open, and I am surprised every time. The food is amazing. The naan bread is my favorite and I could eat way too much of that. Go ala carte. Their curry is obviously slow cooked all day, and the chicken is so tender! They put a coupon out, so you get a great value if you use it. If you want something you can eat even on a hot day, go here. You will not be sorry!
