Andrew Loumena was absolutely fantastic and I can't recommend him (and Evergeen) highly enough. He was patient, responsive, communicative, and extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly, however, is his talent for making his knowledge something that my partner and I could understand as first time homebuyers.
