You won't regret calling Frank to come out for your home inspection! He was prompt, very courteous, and down-to-earth. He knew what he was doing and did a great (and VERY thorough) job. I chose him because other reviews said he took the time to check everything out carefully and did not rush the job. Frank is an amazing inspector. We used him twice already. He is very through and patient with any questions we had. His reports are not the computer generated ones but rather have a lot of specific information about how the problem can be fixed. He is priced cheaper than his competitors but his work is impeccable. Be forewarned though he is not a in and out type of inspector. His inspections were about 4-5 hours long, again very through. On the plus he also climbs up to check the roof. Most inspectors don't so big plus!!
