This has been the WORST experience I have ever dealt with. I was first told that my family and I were covered only to find out that my kids never had coverage. Then I was told it was properly setup with the correct coverage and plan only to find out that the provider will not work with either my primary care physician or my children's. I'm not stuck with bad insurance and big bills to pay out of pocket. I would never recommend or us this brokerage again, has been nothing but terrible issues over and over.
Ed is the best! Very nice guy with all the tools and know how to set you up with a cheap or premium plan.. If you need health insurance and someone to explain it.. Ed is the man! He's been helping me for atleast 10 years! A++
