I'm switching doctors because the people at the front desk don't know what they are doing. If you leave a message with them they don't tell the doctor its happened 3 times. I had to go in there once because the doctor wasn't getting my messages and the lady at the front desk told me it was impossible to get her a message.so I asked her if I could write a note and she could put it on her desk and she said no and that it had to go through the answering service and it could take 3 day for her to get it. I'm a staff in residential. When I go to the doctors for a physical my doctor takes care of me from head to toe. The individuals I serve are in wheelchairs. The physicals they receive or the follow up visits are not thrall as if the patient laod the doctors have is to much for them to handle for them to give all individuals in wheelchairs the proper care.
