They refuse to let you change providers without a meeting with a supervisor. I get that not everyone can work Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm daily, but if I try to tell you that I need someone who can work on days where im available then I should be transferred to someone who is available! You cant make people wait MONTHS for a chance to BEG to switch providers. It is incredibly demeaning. I have been trying to book an appointment for months now and I just cant find time to meet with my provider. I get that not everyone can work Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm daily. But if I try to tell you that I need someone who can work on days where im available then I should be transferred to someone who is available. I should NOT have to book an appointment with their supervisor a month and a half out to beg to see someone. This is why you loose people and have a bad reputation
I go here for mental and physical healthcare, and I've never been happier with a doctor's office before. I've never felt so seen, heard, and understood by medical professionals before, and I couldn't possibly recommend Evergreen enough. In-person, tele-health appointments, every possible accommodation I can imagine. If you're like me and don't have health insurance they'll actually work with you on getting the care you need for a price you can afford, and I promise you that you can afford it. Just talk to them.
