I called Alvaro Luna at Evergreen General Construction late Saturday evening to troubleshoot a leak we had in the house coming from around the skylight. He personally picked up the phone right away, no answering service. We set an appointment for the next day and he stopped by to complete the repair within a couple hours. All in all Evergreen continues to provide excellent customer service. He stands by his workmanship and the issue was because of a vent rivet connection.

My husband and I both are VERY excited about our NEW roof. We really wanted to have our vented roof changed to a Ridge Roof, replace our old sky lite with a Solar powered remote Sky Lite and Ice Shield Layment included, all this and more. Mr.Luna was very professional through every step and every question. And I can say we had lots n lots of questions. We are so happy and relieved that we made the right choice after getting 6 bids. Great service and customer needs all accomplished at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend for your future roofing needs. I’ll use Evergreen again for my next roofing projects.
