Avoid This Place – Not Worth the Price This complex used to be called Evergreen Garden Apartments and is now Molison Papinc Apartments, but the name is the only thing that’s changed. Gates are always broken, and homeless people constantly come in and park in resident spots. Management is unresponsive or takes way too long to reply. No individual water meters. Everyone splits the bill for the entire complex—including laundry water (which we already pay to use) and the pool (that many don’t use). So we’re basically paying twic... read more
Moved in about 8 months ago and haven’t had any problems. It’s a quiet area and spacious apartment with a big living room. Maintenance and management are very accommodating.
