They wont even let you have a chair on your patio, there's other places that deserve your business a lot more.
Lou is a great super but now new management is taking it to the head harassing us renters about tedious things...front door decorations, bikes on the side of steps which we should have bike racks as does the other locations for example across from us at Forest view. Renters are being harrassed.
I had a great experience with Cesia the leasing agent in the office. Super responsive, always answering my questions and thoroughly.
I just want to thank Luis Flores and Max for the outstanding job with fixing the maintenance issues in my apartment. I really appreciate you guys.
