I used to live in evergreen forest and it was the best childhood I’m telling you all the memories man I’m 13 now and I was 6 or 7 years old when living here it was one of the best homes I ever lived in whoever doesn’t like it well your wild I’m just gonna say that
They wont even let you have a chair on your patio, there's other places that deserve your business a lot more.

Lou is a great super but now new management is taking it to the head harassing us renters about tedious things...front door decorations, bikes on the side of steps which we should have bike racks as does the other locations for example across from us at Forest view. Renters are being harrassed.
