Switched GPs as my old provider had begun closing early at random times, or taking random days off entirely due to COVID reduced demand, and it was becoming impossible to get a human on the phone to make an appointment. No such problems with Evergreen so far. Michelle was very attentive, patient and professional at our establishing appointment as I went through my long grocery list of all my major and minor complaints with her. Gabrielle is really wonderful to chat with as well when I get her on the phone.
