Where do I begin.. This place is all about money and is for Asian people only. I was told I have to pay a $180 co pay when my insurance card clearly states it’s a flat rate $60 co pay. Then when I started to question them they switched it to $90. The Nurse practitioner was pleasant but the ladies in the lab seemed to be confused and I was worried they would mix up my blood and urine samples with all the arguing and un organization that was going on. The front desk is very rude. Very unprofessional. Doctor Chai and Doctor Zou are very nice., The receptionist of the menopausal elderly woman has been dismissed before . The attitude of the front desk staff nowadays is also sharp-tongued and caustic. If possible, I would give -100 stars，But the doctor is very good. Five stars. Please strictly train your front desk staff, Let her understand the importance of respecting people and professionalism！And sometimes the charges are too high. This my second year coming to Dr chai’s office. It’s getting better. The Dr is still wonderful. The front desk team are doing a great job assisting me. It’s not as crowded as last year. So nice
