This my second year coming to Dr chai’s office. It’s getting better. The Dr is still wonderful. The front desk team are doing a great job assisting me. It’s not as crowded as last year. So nice

Dr. Chai is a great physician. I have been coming to her for about 8 years now. She has great bedside manner. Equally important, I have never had a billing dispute with her office because her and her staff are transparent and thoroughly understand all of the insurance plans her office accepts. Due to this my family and I have never had to worry about a surprise bill!!!!! I strongly recommend her practice to everyone!
