We’ve never had anything but excellent care from this office’s practitioners. The front desk staff has always been superb and communicative.
First off I really liked my doctor here but the front desk treats you like it's a privilege to go there. I had to cancel my appointment in January and the lady said she would do what she could but the may charge me (My stepfather had died that day). I finally had time to set up an appointment again today and they said the could see me at the end of July(3 1/2 months out). When I told her that was to far she said "Well that's how far out we are". Dr. Bross is nothing but amazing. Great personality, and knowledgeable - he always makes the visits very pleasant. The staff is also great.
