If I could it'd be negative stars. Neglecting my concerns and prolonging serious issue for YEARS, despite my in office discussion about them. Harrasment and threatened. Ultimately kicked out because I didnt pay on time. Had heart surgery and apparently they don't seem to, in my opinion, care the situation that puts a person at the mercy of circumstances. Nate Wigton Bell is literally the most irresponsible person I have ever met. I made an appointment to have my kids meds adjusted. Because he is struggling with his attention and sleep. This guy thinks a “better sleep schedule” will fix everything. FOR A CHILD WHO CANNOT SLEEP and WILL NOT SLEEP. He is also taking 1/4 of the dose of his attention meds that his peers are taking and it has not been adjusted in years. I left practice needing better care with answers not someone guessing that does not have complete knowledge.
I have had wonderful experiences every time I go here. I am always able to see a doctor same day for a sick visit, and the X-ray availability on site has saved me many a visit to the hospital. The doctors have all been lovely, kind, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions.
