Been going for years and have been happy, but this past week has been amazing. Dr Adams, Sam, Casey— super impressive. So glad they are my team.
I am diabetic. I have been trying to get my provider, Michelle Leduc, to get my prescribed medication authorized with my insurance for more than 2 weeks. I am OUT of medication. I call every day, and every day I am told that they are waiting on the insurance to authorize it. But nobody is actually following up with me on their own, nobody is providing me any updates until/unless I call them, and nobody seems to feel that it is actually a priority to get this resolved. If I could it'd be negative stars. Neglecting my concerns and prolonging serious issue for YEARS, despite my in office discussion about them. Harrasment and threatened. Ultimately kicked out because I didnt pay on time. Had heart surgery and apparently they don't seem to, in my opinion, care the situation that puts a person at the mercy of circumstances. Nate Wigton Bell is literally the most irresponsible person I have ever met. I made an appointment to have my kids meds adjusted. Because he is struggling with his attention and sleep. This guy thinks a “better sleep schedule” will fix everything. FOR A CHILD WHO CANNOT SLEEP and WILL NOT SLEEP. He is also taking 1/4 of the dose of his attention meds that his peers are taking and it has not been adjusted in years.
