I really like this practice and have for the 5+ years I've been with them, both in their former location and current location. I have experienced some of the things mentioned in other reviews, but I find many of those issues to be true across all doctors' offices these days. E.g. I don't typically get to see my usual provider for last minute appointments, but I've had good help and experiences with all the other providers I've seen, which must be at least 5 different providers now across the years.
Something I would consider to be the most irresponsible thing I have ever heard in my life is when the billing department calls for people who don’t actually live here and then they start guessing what your children’s names are afterwards. Are the records taken so badly that they don’t know what child belongs to what family is that serious?
Why bother having an online check in system if it's not actually checking in?
