I think the person giving a poor review must be that 1 in a million who seems to have had a bad experience. I was told up front that they don't prescribe glasses or contacts. I had cataract surgery on Wednesday and was driving the next day!! Wonderful experience. Top notch. From front desk to surgery coordinator to Dr. Tester and his team!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
They don't write prescriptions for glasses or contacts here anymore. A "change in policy". After scheduling months in advance, and rescheduling once, it would have been nice to have been told that by the staff. A complete waste of my time to show up and not receive the services I expected.
