At first boardwalk was great. No issues. Our first issue started when a boardwalk maintenance employee walked into our apartment at 1130 at night. He was inside our apartment yelling boardwalk boardwalk. Scared my kid and he came running to my room and said someone was in our apartment. Well he said the tenants below us had a leaking issue and it was from our suite that was causing it. I lived here for a while and had a great experience overall. The building was always clean and well-maintained, and any maintenance requests I had were handled properly and with care. The management team was friendly and professional, and the location was super convenient for everything I needed. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment. As a highlight, Darla and her team were top notch and I could not have asked for a better support team.
How much would cost you to purchase some contrast coloured vinyl street number? Like $5 dollars? It just shows the property management team just don’t care. See picture, I was literally at the door, still have hard time see the building number.
Evergreen Estates offers very affordable living with super nice apartments, and I've found that every maintenance request is handled quickly and efficiently. However, I have to mention that the walls seem quite thin, which has been challenging with my 5-month-old. Despite the best efforts of our property manager and security to address the noise from neighbors, it's still an issue during my daughter's naps.
