I have lived here for almost a decade. The current staff is remarkable. From the proactive manager to the hardworking maintenance staff. They had a tough job turning this complex around given the former staffs inadequacies and have done a remarkable job. Evergreen Estates is clean, peaceful, serene and secure. I highly recommend this property.
Horrible management. The most unprofessional landlords ever. Manger walks in front of all kids smoking and the lady is the nastiest to communicate with. Poor communication skills zero people skills
