Gave them a try as long as we could after Dr. Fanz left. Makes you feel disposable as a patient and very impersonal. The best thing about the place is the front desk ladies and hygienists. Started getting into the Doctor wanting to do procedures not necessary, expensive, and painful. The last reason we left is scheduling. Having an appointment for over a month then less than 24 hour notice, they cancel the appointment. When you call to get rescheduled, they're booked out again for months. Our first visit, it Easy to find the office. The staff was professional and friendly. X-rays were fast using new technology. Filling appointment in a week,we were added to the cancellation list for a future cleaning. Referral for extraction due to medications. Very pleased with support in all areas.
I had my teeth cleaned today and my hygienist was very nice. I appreciated her softness and calming effect.
