I was not aware that Dr. Fanz had retired and sold her business until they called me to reschedule my appointment. The afternoon BEFORE my appointment, I received a call stating that they don't take my dental insurance and wanted me to pay $200+ dollars!! Yeah, no thanks...I can find another dentist! Not sure why not one bothered to look into that beforehand but it is was definitely an inconvenience to me. I was a patient of Dr. Beverly's for several years but will now go somewhere else.
This is my second visit at the Englewood location, and both have been great experiences. The entire staff is very professional and treats their patients with kindness.
