Jap was fantastic. Friendly, cheerful, gentle, informational and non-judgemental. The cleaning was quick and pain-free and I did not feel pressured to get any services done that I did not need. 👏🏻👏🏻
When Dr. Luchinski had his office I. A much smaller location, the atmosphere was personal and comforting. As a patient I felt heard and was treated with respect. Since moving to their much larger and upgraded location with a much larger staff, patients with emotional and mental health disorders are not recognized as having a disability. Apparently every patient is treated identically the same, however we should recognize that people with disabilities need accommodation and understanding.
