Called to book my first checkup as someone new to Canada and provided my insurance info. The rep kept demanding details about my previous country's clinic that I don't have, and wouldn't accept my explanation. When I escalated, the supervisor sided with the rep, talked over me repeatedly, and then hung up on me.
