This place is very UNETHICAL and UNSAFE, if you care about your family member’s health and well being AVOID this place. My father developed multiple bed sores, necrosis on both of his feet, and he fell on SIX different occasions. The staff is very untrustworthy and only want to scam senile elders out of their money. The doctor REFUSED to send out a home health aid for my father because they didn’t want him to leave the facility. I absolutely love the care the staff shows my Mother (Betty Reffitt). The Light House Unit, They are just the nicest most caring staff. They had their Thanksgiving and Christmas combined dinner for residence and family members and it was just the best, Great food beautiful Trees and decorations. They really worked hard and still had smiles on their faces and was very kind. Every employee should be given and award for being the Best. I wouldn’t want my Mother to be any where else. Great experience. My dad suffered a stroke and was there over a month. Everyone took the time to answer my questions. Staff and patients seemed happy whenever I visited. Clean. No odors.

My sister who is a patient at Riverside has access to the phone ANY TIME she wants. This means her siblings get calls at all hours of the day and night for a CHAT. This may be due to laws that are in place, but someone needs to devise some way of controlling people who have very little control over themselves. Administrators administrate your way around this.

Terrible! You'll be sorry you came!The therapy manager is rude! If you are not able to walk, talk and live normal this is NOT the place for you. My family member was there and they will throw you in the corner and forget about you if someone isn't there everyday to make sure you don't go unnoticed, My family member had a clogged catheter which almost killed him! The administrator said our kids weren't welcome! We will not be back! Staff unhelpful and can never find them!

My Mom received great care by great staff. The Therapy was awesome in getting my mom back on her feet from a stroke. Thank you to all the great staff for being so caring.

I adored the workers. I could not ask for a finer group of people to take care of me. Nice,nice, nice. I still go back and visit everyone. They are my friends.

I can not say anything yet but looking at other reviews isn't good but I will say one thing my mother got put there today I didn't have no say about her going there cause if I did she wouldn't had went there but I will say this much my mother better be taken good care of and not get mistreated cause I'm not a person will tolerate that I didn't mistreat my mother and no one else will ..

Was there for 18 days and found it to be a wonderful experience. Great staff. Will recommend this facility to anyone who needs rehab, I could not be more pleased!
