ZERO STARS, IF I COULD. I rented from Evergreen Crest because it was my LAST RESORT, and I'd rather be HOMELESS. My lease was started July 1, 2013. It was a 6 month lease, meaning January I was expected to move out. APPARENTLY FEBRUARY IS THE 6 MONTH MARK, not to mention they charged me for previous damage to the already seriously disgusting apartment that was noted on my move in date. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! I will be taking them to small claims court. They are run by Phillips real estate. First it took a month of me hounding them for my deposit and overpaid rent back. Then they charged me for a carpet cleaning that was signed into my lease. I called several times before I moved to have that scheduled so that the apartment would be in top condition before I moved. very nice place! The manager is always on top of her game making sure that all request are tend to in a timely manner. The staff is very freindly I would reccomend this place to anyone!
I have lived here for the last 5 months and couldn't ask for a better place. Management is friendly, and very quick to respond to any maintenance or repairs that need to be addressed. It is a quiet, peaceful and clean place to live. If you are thinking about renting here take a minute to come check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.
I have lived here at Evergreen Crest for 7 years and am very happy with the new management. My guess would be that some people like to not be honest about the reasons why they would post such false information. Not my issue. I would have to say come and check this place out for your self. Do not believe everything you read or hear. I love my little apartment and every time I have called the office or stopped by to get something fixed it has always been taken care of.
These apartment are under new management! The new management works hard to make sure the property is taken care of and completes repairs on time! A Great Change!!
